Hepatitis C Challenge: Caring Ambassadors Hep C Program
 HepC Choices

Healthcare Provider Curriculum

In the infectious disease world, hepatitis C is the new kid on the block.

  • first isolated in 1989
  • first tests made available in 1992

Hepatitis C research and treatment are rapidly changing and evolving.

CAP-Hepatitis C is working with health care education providers to help ensure that doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals have access to the information they need to provide services that reflect up-to-date knowledge about hepatitis C.

The Hepatitis C Professional Talking Points Presentations slide sets have been compiled by CAP-Hepatitis C for use by professionals familiar with the diagnosis and management of hepatitis C.

CAP-Hepatitis C has other Medical Residency Curriculum and health care education projects in planning and development.

Stay tuned.
