Enthusiasm for the cause is fantastic, however organizing ideas and having an end result in mind is crucial to the success of the fundraising event.Depending on the size of the event, you may consider a committee with assigned tasks for each volunteer. Regular meetings with the committee can help with keeping volunteers up to date with the latest strategies, planning and possible changes. Of course, CAP is always glad to help with any guidance you may need.
